On July 8, 2026, we—Web de Cologne e.V., KölnBusiness Economic Development, the Gateway Universities, and the Gateway Factory—are jointly hosting the Cologne Startup Summer Night.

The Cologne Startup Summer Night is the ultimate networking event for the startup scene. Attendees include startups, investors, and companies, as well as representatives from the press, politics, associations, NGOs, and economic development agencies who are actively involved in the development of the digital and innovative economy in the Rhineland.

In a relaxed party atmosphere, guests can look forward to exciting presentations by speakers from the startup ecosystem, in addition to networking opportunities. Mayor Torsten Burmester and Minister Mona Neubaur will also be in attendance.

In the Startup Village, ten startups will have the opportunity to present their ideas.
