- Practice creative thinking through neuroscience: Use the neuroscience behind creativity to grow your own creativity muscles, create ideas 3x times faster & solve hard problems creatively while turning obstacles into opportunities.
- Gain creative confidence & lead with curiosity: Navigate your team successfully by using the science behind curiosity and psychological safety, and realize the importance of brain & heart coherence. Use both as tools to lead your team, and increase the chances for innovation, especially in times of uncertainty.
- Design for a culture of innovation: Design internal team cultures based on trust and safety for world-class creative collaborations through the framework of the culture-building elements (CBEs).
Karim Mustaghni is the co-founder of culturedesign.org and a keynote speaker with 150+ speeches experience (KarimMustaghni.com). He is a creativity and DEI/team culture expert and an experienced business innovation consultant with 15+ years of work experience around the world. Karim has a passion for teaching creative thinking and designing healthy, high-performing team cultures through neuroscience and behavioral design. He is on a mission to unlock the full diverse 'creative' potential of humans and organizations through a holistic culture approach.
