What is it like to be the first person in your family to go to university and get a job? We have invited speakers to talk about their very individual and not always easy educational and career paths.

How did they manage their personal career path? What is it like when few people around you know how studying works, you don't have the networks, maybe money is tight or you feel like a stranger in the university context, but the potential and motivation are there? The speakers talk about starting a job, deciding to continue their studies, what it's like to embark on an academic career or start your own company.

What challenges did they face and how did they overcome them? They talk about the resources they discovered in themselves along the way and who accompanied and supported them. They are honest and encouraging.
