GUESSS is a large, global research project about student entrepreneurship. The main goal of the project is to generate unique and novel insights into student entrepreneurship in the form of academic and practitioner-oriented output.

GUESSS (formerly labeled ISCE, until 2006) was established in 2003 at the University of St.Gallen (Switzerland). Every 2–3 years, a global data collection effort takes place.

With Gateway ESC and the University of Cologne, we are taking part in the project for the first time. The student body of the University of Cologne was invited to participate by email.
